her Soul Shot all started with a little girl who experienced loss at a young age, struggled with fitting in because of her love for sports, and eventually discovered her identity through sports.
Now, that little girl is a woman who wants to make sure no other girl or woman questions her place in sports, or the world. Kyla shares her story of creating a platform for women and girls in sports based on what she wished she had as she was discovering herself through sport and, offers her advice to women and girls searching for their soul’s truth with some laughs and tears along the way.
