FREE! Rather than being surprised with a shipping cost when you checkout, we’ve built shipping costs into our items for all orders in North Amercia.

If you’re outside of North America, please email [email protected] to confirm if there will be an additional shipping cost to your location.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:
We want you to love your hSS purchase! We allow returns for refunds if the item is shipped back to us within 15 days or less of purchase. If the item is shipped back to us after 15 days but before 60 days, we will happily offer you a store credit.
 
Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 60 days.
 
Items must be returned in their original packaging and their original condition. If an item is not received back in this condition, we reserve the right to offer you store credit instead of a refund, or ship the item back to you for you to keep, at our discretion.
 
NOTE: All face masks are final sale.
 
DIGITAL PRODUCTS:
All herCommunity membership sales, paid job posts, and paid event posts are non-refundable.
