Hey! I’m Kyla and I created her Soul Shot to help more women set their souls on fire through sport.
Women’s sports are more prominent than ever, but there’s still a lack of support and resources for women in rec sports. As a rec league athlete, mom, and supporter of women in sports, I’m proof that you don’t have to be an elite athlete to benefit from the incredible power of sport.
