AGREEMENT

Parties:

her Soul Shot, referred to as “Publisher”

Playbook Contributor, referred to as “Author”

Agreement:

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions between the Publisher and the Author for the shared profits from the sale of the Playbook.

Profit Share:

The Publisher and the Author agree to split the profits from the sale of the ebook in the following manner:

• The Publisher shall receive 60% of the net profits from the sale of the ebook.
• The Author shall receive 40% of the net profits from the sale of the ebook.

Royalty Payments:

The Publisher shall pay the Author their share of the profits from the sale of the Playbook on a monthly basis, within 30 days of the end of the previous month. Payments shall be made by PayPal or e-transfer.

The Publisher shall provide the Author with a detailed report of the sales and expenses related to the Playbook, along with the calculation of the Author’s share of the profits.

Marketing and Promotion:

The Publisher shall be responsible for the marketing and promotion of the Playbook, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, and online advertising. The Author shall have the right to promote the Playbook in any manner they choose, as long as it does not conflict with the Publisher’s marketing efforts.

Intellectual Property:

The Publisher shall own all rights to the content of the Playbook. The Author agrees to grant the Publisher an exclusive license to publish and distribute the Playbook in digital format. The Author agrees not to publish or distribute the Playbook through any other channel without the Publisher’s prior written consent.

Term and Termination:

This agreement shall remain in effect until the ebook is no longer available for sale. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by giving 30 days written notice to the other party.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.

Entire Agreement:

This agreement represents the entire understanding between the Publisher and the Author with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior negotiations, discussions, understandings, and agreements between them.

Execution:

This agreement may be executed by electronic submission.
