Join us for a fun night at the amazing SOHO on Jasper Ave, with a silent auction, lots of laughs and most importantly, Oilers hockey!
We have decided to charge a small ticket fee this year, proceeds will be donated to the Sexual Assault Center of Edmonton on behalf of all attendees and we will post our final donation total.
With your ticket you will receive a drink ticket for your choice of either a domestic beer, wine or hiball before the puck drop.
Soho will also have the following specials available like they do for all games:
We are not capping attendance this year, we will keep selling tickets as long as you guys want to buy them!
The first 50 people who attend will receive an amazing gift bag!
There will be a silent auction with a great range of items to bid on. We’ve got you covered. We will try to provide a full list prior to the event so that you can start to plan on what you’d like to bid on… Also if you have a donation or two reach out to us!
Special Oilersnation shirts will be available for purchase on site and those proceeds will go to the charity of @Lowtide’s choice in honour of his late wife. When you purchase a shirt you will have your name entered to win a signed copy of Lowtide’s book!
We are so happy to support our friend Scarlet Bjornson this year. We will be accepting donations of feminine hygiene products for No Woman Without and Female Undergarments for the Bissell Centre.
We are teaming up with @HeavyHockeyNet ! A 50/50 will be started at their charity game, and run throughout the week and the winning ticket will be drawn by the CEO of SACE during our event.
We were also able to secure a group rate at the Matrix Hotel for the event!
Last but certainly not least, we will get to watch the Oilers play against the Leafs at 5pm. Stick around after the game for amazing live music during JUNOFEST at SOHO!!
Although we created this event as a way for the ladies to get together, we invite everyone to join us for the third period!
FAQs
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is parking lot for free east of the front door of SOHO, and of course cabs and Ubers are great options as well. The location is busy so it never takes long to get a ride when you are ready to leave.
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Just @ us on Twitter:
Oilers Girls Night started in 2018 as a way to get women Oilers fans together and raise money for charity. You can read more about it here in Jen Wrobel’s herStory!
